Self Defense - Defensive Hapkido
Defensive Hapkido is a specifically designed to help an individual defend oneself or others in real life situations. A stripped down version of Traditional Korean Hapkido, Defensive Hapkido utilizes the techniques that best adapt to themselves to real life self-defense situations. In Defensive Hapkido, you will learn how to employ joint locking techniques, striking and useful kicks to subdue attackers quickly and efficiently. Within our system of Defensive Hapkido, we have incorporated some of the striking techniques of Krav Maga and Muy Thai, along with the ground techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
